SHINE CIRCUS
Rachael Lindsay has been performing her whole life.
From theatre and music from age 7 (piano and voice, then guitar and samba drumming from her 20's).
She then happened upon a BA in drama, MA in Performance Studies to clown and circus in the last 15 years. Yes she's that old... but very young at heart!
Some highlights include performing in the national theatre London in youth theatre, European tour with the world class experimental Danish company Odin theatre, aerial harness dancing on the sides of buildings with Belfast carnival, clown Dr in hospitals across NI, making her "surreal circus" short film playing zany contemporary clown whip catch, and various performances with walkabout impro characters and her mermaid hula hooping and juggling solo show, "Miss Shell". She also really enjoys her LED hoop enchanted fairy performances.
Rachael's passion is to uplift and inspire through creative playful engaging arts. She loves to banter, enchant and create visual beauty. Her main circus skills are clown improvisation (craic with the public), hula hoop and juggling, though she has been known to fly in the air and twirl a devil stick or two!
